Sales Executive
About this role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our offline retail team and provide customers with an informative and premium buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify customer preferences based on music taste, usage, budget and listening requirements.
•Assist walk-in customers and understand their audio requirements.
•Recommend suitable IEMs, headphones, DACs, amplifiers, DAPs, cables and other audio accessories.
•Explain product specifications, features, sound characteristics, compatibility and pricing in a simple manner.
•Conduct product demonstrations and listening sessions for customers.
•Compare different products and help customers make informed purchase decisions.
•Suggest complementary products such as DAC/Amp, cables, ear tips and accessories wherever relevant.
•Handle customer queries, objections and product-related concerns professionally.
•Maintain strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
•Stay updated with new products, brands, audio technologies and market trends.
•Coordinate with the inventory/operations team regarding product availability and stock requirements.
•Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales updates to the reporting manager.

•Basic understanding or willingness to learn about IEMs, headphones, DACs, amplifiers and audio accessories and other tech gadgets.
•Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them to customers.
•Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
•Prior experience in retail sales, consumer electronics, premium products or audio products will be an advantage.
•Freshers with strong knowledge/interest in audio products are also welcome to apply.

Salary Offered
Rs. 30,000 to 32,000 per month
